Agnieszka Świerszcz, CEO DHL Parcel Polska 

As the CEO of DHL Parcel Polska, Agnieszka Świerszcz manages almost 8,000 employees and couriers working in 42 units throughout the country.

Her adventure with logistics started with technical and organizational launch of three modern Sorting Plants in Poland: preparation of operational plans, recruitment and trainings for employees, up to technical start-up of the sorting systems.

In the course of years, she has held a number of key functions, such as Operational Director in Sorting Centers, Domestic Operations Director and Deputy Director for Operations. During this time, she has efficiently developed and implemented initiatives and cross-functional projects based Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

She is fascinated with new technologies, business challenges and work with people.

Agnieszka Świerszcz is a graduate of the food technology and human nutrition faculty at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences and Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw.

She spends her leisure time surrounded by family and friends.

Bartłomiej Wnęk, Chief Operating Officer at DHL Parcel Polska

At DHL since 2002. He started his professional career in customer service. In 2008, he joined the operations department. He dealt with, among others, developing tools, systems and operational infrastructure while managing the network model development process as well as the investments in new depots and sortation equipment. He had responsibility for process optimisation projects based on Lean Management methodology. Since 2018, he has been in charge of operations at DHL Parcel Polska.

 

In his private life, Bartłomiej is an enthusiast of good literature, handicrafts, and sports. He also enjoys cycling, especially away from noisy surroundings and civilisation.

Tina Sobocińska, HR and Communication Director at DHL Parcel Polska

She is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She has 18 years of experience in Human Capital Management in large international corporations, among others, as an HR Director, HR Business Partner and Managing Director in the Shared Services Centre. She was also a member of the HR Management Board in Generation Next. Since January 2017 she has been HR and Communications Director at DHL Parcel Poland.

In her work she focuses on the use of human resources and exchanging best practice. In her private life, she is a mother of two daughters and she likes active lifestyle. Among other things, she has climbed Kilimanjaro! She also commits herself to social activities.

Elżbieta Gorayska-Mytych, Sales and Customer Service Director at DHL Parcel Polska

In 1996-2004 she was a Sales and Operations Regional Director at the American company Office Depot. In 2004-2007 she provided advisory and training services for increasing the efficiency of sales, communications and conflict resolution. In 2006-2007 she was a Commercial Manager at Cito Dat. Since 2007 she has been working at DHL, at first as a Regional Sales Manager, winning the following prizes in 2008: The Best DHL Sales Manager and The Best Sales Team.

Then, as a Customer Service Director, she implemented a series of changes, achieving a high increase in customer and employee satisfaction levels. Currently she works as a Sales and Customer Service Director; she is also a member of the Management Board of the DHL Parcel Poland business unit.
She graduated from the Faculty of Biological Sciences at Wroclaw University, completed a post-graduate course on Management at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Austrian management coaching studies - WIFI Österreich in Vienna.

In her private life, Elzbieta Gorayska-Mytych has been President of the Wroclaw Hospice Foundation for 10 years on a voluntary basis. She has also organised many charity events.

In her free time, besides working for the community, she does skiing (she is a skiing instructor certified by the Polish Ski Association) and sailing (she is a yacht helmsman). Long-distance running is her latest passion - she has taken part in several marathons.  However, she most appreciates the time she can spend with her daughters.

Łukasz Sibielak, IT Systems Director at DHL Parcel Polska

He started his professional career at Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture), where he worked for 6 years and was involved in the transformation of business processes as well as the implementation of IT systems for business support in Poland and Germany. Then he worked for PTC (currently T-Mobile), where he created and managed new products. Later, he also monitored the project portfolio for the whole company.

Since 2011 he has been responsible for IT services at DHL Parcel Poland. In 2014, the IT Team directed by Lukasz, won the IT Leader of Support award in the "Big Transformation" category.
In his private life, Lukasz spends much of his time on sports, playing the guitar and reading social and business blogs.

Jerzy Staszelis, Finance and Administration Director at DHL Parcel Polska

Vice President for Finance and member of the Management Board at DHL Parcel Poland. He has 20 years of professional experience in finance. He started his professional career at KPMG in Poznan. Then he worked in the consulting department of KPMG in Warsaw. Since 1999 he has been at the Deutsche Post DHL Group, where he has created the modern financial management structure supporting the strategic goals of the Deutsche Post group. He built the Financial Control Department, the Margin Management Department and the Debt Collection Department - all from the ground up. He successfully implemented the SAP system and many systems supporting management (Hyperion, Oracle).

In 2006 he managed the merger and integration of two independent entities - Servisco and DHL. In 2011-2013 he worked for DHL in the Netherlands and Germany, where - as CFO - he built the European Shared Services Centre for controlling.

He studied in Wroclaw and Saarbrücken. He completed the ACCA program. In his private life, he is a sports fan and a marathon runner.

Anna Kania, Marketing Director at DHL Parcel Polska

At DHL Parcel Poland she is responsible for the development of products and services for business and private customers, pricing strategy and market positioning of the DHL Parcel brand, development of DHL Service Points as well as marketing communication.

Previously, she was Marketing Director at Canal+ and InPost.

She graduated from the Marketing and Management Faculty of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics as well as full-time doctoral studies at the Economic and Social College at SGH. She is also working on a doctoral dissertation on the subject of digital transformation of enterprises in the KEP industry.
