DHL Parcel Premium: quick and efficient delivery.
An effective supply chain is one of the key elements of the market success. According to statistics1, ¾ of clients will make purchases in a given store again, if they are satisfied with the delivery, whereas 1/3 of on-line buyers will return fewer shipments if their purchases were delivered on time. On the other hand, delays are related to such consequences as: complaints, drop in turnover, loss of the good image and outflow of clients disappointed with the quality to the competitors. DHL Parcel Premium is product created to provide the business sector with quick and timely servicing for particularly important and urgent deliveries. As part of the service, the delivery attempt is made already on the next day after the dispatch.

DHL Parcel Premium applies to domestic shipments up to 31.5 kg, where the sum of sides does not exceed 3 m and the length does not exceed 2 m. The "door to door" delivery is already on the next day after the dispatch. In case of late delivery, reimbursement of shipment costs is guaranteed.

Pay the Courier with Card
As of 1 April, clients can also pay with card for COD consignments, thanks to which ordering and collecting consignments at the time of coronavirus epidemics will be even safer. "Taking care for the health and safety of our couriers and clients, we decided to provide the courier team with payment terminals as quickly as possible. We are taking a number of steps to minimise the direct contact of couriers with clients in such difficult time. Thanks to non-cash payments, this will definitely be easier," claims Magdalena Bugajło, PR & Communications Director at DHL Parcel.
The following cards are processed: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and the following tools may be used: Blik, Alipay and the so-called wearables - smart watches or fitness bands.
