- Handling incoming telephone calls (no sales targets)
- Accepting orders for courier transport
- Active promotion of DHL Parcel products and services
- Informing about DHL Parcel domestic offers and handling all enquiries from customers.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong motivation to broaden your knowledge
- Communication and team skills

- Good voice, perfect diction

- Impeccable manners
- Good command of English would be an additional advantage
- Able to work Monday to Friday and on one Saturday per month.
