Your tasks:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls (no sales targets)
  • Accepting orders for courier transport
  • Active promotion of DHL Parcel products and services
  • Informing about DHL Parcel domestic offers and handling all enquiries from customers.

Our expectations:

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong motivation to broaden your knowledge

  • Good voice, perfect diction

  • Able to work Monday to Friday and on one Saturday per month.
